As an legal counselor, economist and translator, I have a multiple combination of skills. I am a Hungarian native, born and raised in Romania. So I speak fluently Hungarian (my native language) and Romanian, and obviously English. I am also familiar with French and Italian. Knowledge of foreign languages is a hobby dear to me, which helped me a lot both personally and professionally. So, for me the translation work is a pleasure, not a job. I am a Romanian - Hungarian - English translator/ interpreter certified by the Ministry of Justice. Because of my work, I am familiar with translation of common and specialized texts (law, finances, marketing, management, technical), proofreading and editing in English, Hungarian, Romanian. I have over a decade`s experience in legal matters, accounting and finance. I currently work as a legal counselor at a major energy company, having a main activity the trade and distribution of natural gas. Practicing in the area of contract law, commercial laws, corporate law, labor law, I have previous experience of negotiating, drafting or reviewing contracts and other legal documents. I have also worked on corporate documents and advised on contentious issues relevant to the above areas of practice. I can also advice on various legal matters and can do legal research in a very quick turn-a-round time. I have accumulated experience in the domain of human resources, currently being also a HR/recruitment manager. I have excellent computer skills, ability to work efficiently, entirely keeping of deadlines, analytical mind, creativity, quick decision making, attention to details, conscientious attitude to work, patience and reliability.
