Responsible for implementing the Eze Order Management System (OMS) and managing the company’s client relationships, comprised of top hedge funds and other investment firms. Responsible for daily interactions with Traders, CFO’s and CTO’s, and Operations and IT support. • Successfully owned the strategy, timelines, team resource coordination and code development for the first implementation for a client trading OTC derivatives, worldwide. • In less than two years, planned, coordinated and executed more than 70 cross-functional, multi-month projects with a 98% completion rate. • First on the team to research several OTC derivatives which enabled the expansion of Eze’s client base to companies who use those trading styles. • Evaluate business needs for hedge funds, asset managers, broker dealers and major investment banks to leverage customized technological solutions for idea generation, execution, settlement, compliance, commission analysis and multi-asset class trading. • Manage customer relationships and projects by liaising with front and back offices while advising and presenting recommendations to senior client executives on best practices and emerging trends within the industry. • Researched and prioritized user requirements in order to develop and shape customized solutions for clients. • Manage OMS, Compliance systems, Settlement systems, PnL systems, and FIX trading. • Liaise with a global and diverse teams including traders, compliance, operations, security master, IT, DBAs, QA team, etc across New York, London, and Hong Kong offices.
