WEB-based mortgage calculator application

Takleakshar did not pay close attention to detail requirements and repeatedly delivered product with the same errors that were brought to his attention on numerous occasions for corrections. It is apparent that the product was never tested for completeness and compliance with requirements. Quality of the delivered product was poor in spite of providing a sample layout design of what I expected. A 3 day project, quoted by Takleakshar, is now over 10 days and still not completed to satisfaction. I will need to find someone else to complete the job.. a lot of time wasted!
