I've been in sales (cold call and soft sell) and in customer service for over 30 years. I've been writing for more then 18yrs. Articles, short stories, papers, resumes and poetry I even won 1st and 2nd prizes in 3 contest I applied for. I do take a lot of pride in my writing but have more pride in myself to be sure my jobs are done right the 1st time. I've researched many things over the years for others and for my own interest and knowledge too I can handle Office, Publisher, Word, Excel just to name a few. Nothing is more important to me than a client's satisfaction.
