Work Experience of 15 yrs A perfect example of the work profile ie. Business Development Manager. Entitled to develop the clients business which in turn develops the parent company's business. Strongly follow Customer centric ideology which helps to bridge the gap and understand the client well. My key to be closely attached to the client is to always look at the world by putting myself in the clients shoe and try to understand the thought. This helps me to analyse better and provide tailor made solution to the client. I strongly believe that it is the customer who decides how customer centric the organization is not the organization who decides this. I am optimistic in nature so I am very positive about my organization so I ensure customers feel the same as well.
