The growing need for the use of software tools in the design of radio network encouraged us to do the analysis of TETRA systems in the HTZ warfare software. In this paper, we measured TETRA system parameters and its advantages in the use of the public security service. The results obtained during measurements were compared with the simulation results gained by the HTZ warfare software.
