In my career, my aim is to be considered as one of the experts in my field. For me, this gives me a great sense of fulfillment personally and allows me shine for other departments to take notice. I want to be able to transition from one team to another with greater freedom and utmost trust from management. This is proven by my experience working as an order management analyst to becoming a catalog analyst to a customer service specialist. In all three fields in my company, I managed to get the highest ratings given. This is accompanied by commendations from management as well.
