Karel is a Consultant with a solid technical background who thrives as a Technical Advisor, Solutions Architect and Web & System Developer. Standing on the ground of purpose-driven development, the art of creating and satisfaction of quality is what compels him to persevere even during inevitable challenges. Confident from experience and competence, Karel has the capacity to take the lead and guide a team towards success – whether the team members are local or working remote. Comfortable as a humble team player, always open-minded and interested in other people’s opinion, good reasoning and fruitful discussions. Though not too shy to avoid conflicts and make decisions. Yet, Karel can work alone – at any given time of the day – ideally in the serenity of its own office, or sometimes in less quiet spaces. This has taught him to be effective and get work done despite various conditions and potential distractions. As a family man, Karel is the second in command at home, helping his beloved wife to raise their 4 children. Only occasionally he may lose at a board game, claiming he’d let his opponent win on purpose. Karel speaks 5 languages, plays alto-saxophone, piano and guitar; his favorite genre is Jazz/Blues, though he appreciates almost all types of quality music. Karel also loves traveling and has visited countries on every continent.
