Started with a good conversation and showed lot of interest, he also did 10% of the work with was suppose to be 5 days but took him 3 weeks. After waiting for 2 months he came back to say he cannot do other part of the project and insisted I release fund before he can start the job, it was so disappointing as I had confidence he was gonna deliver what he has promised even after collect half the entire fee. It's very sad to write this, but he has stopped responding to messages and could not deliver the project
