Over the last 7 years, I've experience in analysis, design and development of various websites, web applications on PHP, Wordpress, Magento, Shopify, Drupal, using the LAMP/WAMP stack. I focus on performing efficient, high-quality work and believe in building long term business relationship so I'm primarily looking for long term projects. Following is the Process which I follow : 1. Requirements gathering 2. Follow Semi Agile method 3. Sprint planning (1 week or 2 weeks sprints) 4. Use version control system “Github” as code versioning tool 5. Separate instances for Developers (Dev), Staging (for QA and client demo's) 6. Demo to client after each sprint 7. Use ticketing tools like “Redmine” to track tasks assigned, time spent, and start date due date etc. to different members of dev team if involve
