•Multidisciplinary engineering (/turnkey) projects management (including: Hydraulics, Automation, Software, Mechanical design (2D,3D); management and also system specification and design.)
•Test machine design applications and commissioning (system specification and design.)
•Experienced on PC software (C#, vba) projects. (Connecting industrial PLC systems to 3rd part software.)
•Solid understanding of fundamental and advanced hydraulic theory and the ability to apply Complete fluid power systems experience with all levels of hydraulic components from pumps, valves to actuators.
•Certified fluid power engineer hydraulic/pneumatic specialist (Union Of Chambers Of Turkish Engineers And Architects)
Determining customer needs. System improvement and retrofit.
o Reducing the process cycle time
o Increasing the applied force
o Making the system more efficient in terms of functionality or energy consumption.
o Providing new solutions for the existing production/process problems.
•Creating the electrical scenario of the hydraulic system and describing it to the automation / software team.
•Commissioning the hydraulic system with the software team to realize the desired performance, cycle time and functions.
•Highly experienced on various precise position, pressure and force control projects: Variable speed, Proportional valves, Electro-mechanical cylinders (Servo driven). Providing synchronous movement in hydraulic axes.
