I really enjoy making contacts doing related back office work and spending time talking with people. When I was interacting with customer, making sure I was able to meet their needs. Throughout the year of my experience as a customer Service Agent. I managed working for different managers, having a different management styles and expectations towards me. I am able to adjust my approach to meet each of their needs. I'm always willing to learn as my last job requires me to find answers to IT related questions. I would often go on the Internet and look for blogs on the topic I needed to learn about. I enjoy learning new things, so research is actually one of my hobbies which help me a lot to fully familiarize myself with the product in order to provide the best possible support to customers.
