I have cold calling experience on different projects and verticals like appointments, callbacks, live transfers, and closing insurance policies for independent insurance agents. besides being a Sales Executive and doing wonders I have also worked as a Team lead & Floor Manager in the best and biggest BPO in City and contributed significantly to the betterment of my workplace. I have gained experience over all these years and have the ability to make sound logical decisions. my communication skills are able enough to converse with people from every level of the organization. percussion and influence are my most powerful skills and I think these are the basic thing you need in a Call Center and BPO. I don't only focus on the quantity of my work but quality. never compromise on the quality of my work. in the end, I also want to add my most exclusive quality that is punctuality, dedication, and passion for my profession. that is not the only way of income from just profession it's my passion too.
