I am a certified native German and English speaker with 3 years of Experience with the German language in the field of tech support for customers from Germany, Switzerland and Austria. I'm a fast learner engineer with w great knowledge in both problem solving and handling customers. My previous experience helped me a lot to have a good ears that listen very clearly and ask the proper question to understand the customer issue as much as I can then take the proper approach to research more about this issue and check how can we get his issue solved as soon as possible. For me as an engineer i have learned that there is nothing without a solution. Everything in our life has a solution, if not then there is a workaround. I have been working in m355 tech support for almost 3 years, which is based in the first place on finding workarounds and searching for the mostly appropriate troubleshooting steps that could help to resolve this issue. In my experiences also i learned how to be disciplined with the customers and how to help the customers in their problems no matter what the problem is, and always keep the customer updated of what we are doing for him to get his issue resolved. I have also worked for 1 year as a project management engineer before switching to the customers service support area, this year also provided me with the leadership and problem solving skills.
