Hi, my name is Katrina. I am 27 and I’m living in the Philippines. I started working when I was 17 as a volunteer in a church. I worked as a translator from English to Hilihgaynon which is my native dialect. I came to study Korean and stayed in Korea for 2 years and when got to work in an English tutorial school. I have worked in Kuwait for more than a year as a domestic helper so I am a little bit knowledgeable about the culture and language of Arabs. When I came back from Kuwait, from 2014, I worked in a call center as a customer service agent. And I am currently working in the same line of job, as a technical support agent catering Korean calls. I love learning new languages and culture. And I think that translation is one way to practice this. I am trustworthy when it comes to schedule and deadline because I know how to manage my time. I hope that this job can be a good opportunity for me to learn and to help.
