I am a former Call Center Agent, as a Service to Sales Representative and Technical Support Representative for three years, and as our major role in the BPO Industry I enjoyed being the voice of the company as we get to communicate and resolve the concerns of our customers. By always going beyond their expectations and exceeding their wants and needs and the key for me would always be on how we actively listen to them. I am very adaptable , hard-working, loyal and flexible person. I am also committed and honest, motivated and above all enthusiastic. I am a good listener, I can work under pressure and can do so much more with my multi-tasking skills.
