Hey, I am a Linux IT Systems Engineer currently working in a German company doing certified hosting for a few years. My abilities range from classical Linux assigmenets which usually include installing and managing of software to automation of certain tasks. The networking aspect is also one which is central to my job, this includes managing virtual machines on big bare metal servers, setting up the firewall appropriately, etc. Loadbalancing of traffic is also usually done when a customer wants to have a website or has web traffic - scripting and logically arranging the requests that come in is something I am very used to. I also implement solutions to novel and very specific issues as I am always a person who is keen on keeping up with the current state of technology. If you need work that requires automation, I am your guy. If you need work that requires virtualization or containerization, I am your guy. Actually… I am your guy with anything Linux and automation.
