Kimberly is a newly registered Psychometrician, just last October 2017, she graduated in Polytechnic University of the Philippines with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology. In her OJT years, she learned a lot in Psychometrics and Psychological Assessment. She also has a specialization in different facets of Human Resources such as Recruitment, Training and Development and Compensation and Benefits. She's a risk taker and goal oriented. Always do hard work to attain goals and be a successful professional individual. She had been a working student in the past that molds her to be more competent and hardworking individual in the present.
