I have experience as MEP BIM Modeler & MEP Draughtsman with great deal of skills in preparing Mechanical Drawings of extraordinary excellence. Familiar to study & draw the 3D Shop Drawings for HVAC, Chilled water, Drainage, Water Supply, Storm water & Fire Fighting drawings according to the architecture, structure & design drawings 3. Preparation of a 3D MEP coordinated shop drawings with all MEP disciplines. 4. Incorporate text tagging in BIM drawing and export it in 2D CAD drawing & submit within scheduled period. 5. To develop the Navis work, prepare zero clash report for all services & submit it with shop drawing. 6. Strong knowledge of either Architectural, Structural & MEP coordination and BIM process. 7. Maintain the standards and guidelines for all discipline models with regards to LOD and interaction with the central model. 8. File setup on Revit to start work on project. 9. Family Creation with parameters & Connectors. 10. Equipment’s Space Planning (MEP) Layout. 11. Plant Room Modelling with location of Mechanical & Electrical Services Equipment. 12. Modelling of Electrical Services (Cable Tray, Trunking, and Cable Ladder). 13. Modelling of RCP Layout as per MEP Layout. 14. Clash Detection. 15. Co-Ordination with other Services. 16. Preparation of Schedules & Sheet List. 17. Preparation of Mechanical, Plumbing and Fire Fighting Shop Drawings in AutoCAD. 18. Preparation of MEP Co-ordination & Builders Work Layout. 19.
