The objective of this project is to design a technically and economically feasible process for the treatment of associated gas, considering the following alternatives:
1) Combustion of associated gas.
2) Separate condensates and obtain fuel gas, LPG, HAS / HAL.
3) Separate condensates and directly commercialize fuel gas and liquefied gas (C3 +).
After the design of the respective processes, the alternatives proposed for the treatment of natural gas are technically viable.
To achieve this, a simulation was carried out through the program called Chemcad with 3 different alternatives, choosing among them the most technically-economically feasible. Therefore, the material and energy balances were performed for each stream as shown in the data table.

Associated petroleum gas treatment

The objective of this project is to design a technically and economically feasible process for the treatment of associated gas, considering the following alternatives:
1) Combustion of associated gas.
2) Separate condensates and obtain fuel gas, LPG, HAS / HAL.
3) Separate condensates and directly commercialize fuel gas and liquefied gas (C3 +).
After the design of the respective processes, the alternatives proposed for the treatment of natural gas are technically viable.
