I found Igor difficult and unpleasant to work with. He resisted and/or ignored my suggestions. Igor did not seem to realize that, as the client, who was paying him on an *hourly basis* (not a fixed price) it was my prerogative to make changes I deemed necessary, as long as I paid him for his time. When engineers implicitly indicate, "I am the engineer. Do it my way!" I typically terminate my relationship with them immediately. I escrowed money for one hour of Igor's time with Freelancer.com. In our Freelancer.com chat Igor implicitly indicated, "I am the engineer. Do it my way!" As a result I immediately terminated my relationship with Igor and filed a dispute with Freelancer.com. Engineers on Freelancer are service providers. They should not act like petty despots.
