- My role consists primarily of writing news articles and features on a wide range of topics – from business to culture – for this national English-language newspaper. - I work in close collaboration with Cambodian colleagues to develop and edit their stories on a daily basis. - I also assist the online editor by uploading articles to the newspaper’s website and updating social media one day per week. - I spent three months working on the copy desk where tasks included designing newspaper pages using QuarkXPress software, writing headlines, editing copy for spelling, grammar and accuracy, and ensuring articles conform to the AP Style Guide.
