 Key point of contact between all business units (Singapore, Hong Kong, Dubai, Manila, Korea), technology team and external vendors for enhancement to existing systems, improving of business processes, optimizing workflows and day-to-day BAU support  Working closely with business users from front office, middle office and back office in gathering of business requirements and identifying any business gaps  Conduct feasibility studies to determine if the solutions to the business needs is an enhancement to existing systems or new solutions  Ensure deliverables are aligned with the business scope  Preparing of functional specification and communicate the specification to the development team on the design and development of the solutions  Designing of the interface and coming up with the mapping/transformation rules and align to the business rules  Preparation of user guides, application support procedures, process flow and maintain up-to-date documentation to facilitate knowledge transfer  Involving in the systems integration test, preparation of test cases and walkthrough with users on the UAT to achieve signoff  Leading a small, close-knit team providing application support across a suite of in-house developed systems and external vendor-based systems  Managing of multiple incidents and providing resolution within a tight timeline  Identify critical application incidents and prioritize for resolution to ensure BAU Operational impact is minimal  Performing root cause analysis on the problems for in-housed applications that may involve troubleshooting at source code level  Ensuring issues are closely tracked and escalated if unresolved within stipulated SLA  Managing and prioritizing of all change requests and ensure requestors are fully updated on the progress of the change requests
