I am Eiler, an Engineer in Computer Science, graduated in Cuba in 2014. With 7 years of experience as a freelance software developer and 5 years as a database administrator. With a wide range of skills and with many wishes to overcome these to be a better professional every day and provide the best solutions to my company and lead my team to success. I have great capacity for self-learning, this allows me to achieve better productivity rates for the company, in relation to the management of work teams, as I do not need a colleague who has to constantly tell me what my tasks are. I have experience with teamwork and I have empathy for problem solving. I consider that a company is like a big family, and I try to make the professional climate the best possible in treatment and improvements for each one of us. I have a high sense of commitment and responsibility so I can guarantee that the task assigned to me will be handled diligently. However, when difficulties arise that may hinder the development of the activity, I propose useful solutions and alternatives to speed up response times.
