The newsletter need to be written and submitted articles reviewed and edited from as many as 10 contributors per issue. Large amounts of data had to be collected and converted to tables, graphs, or charts. Each issue was between 24-28 pages and had to be prepared from design to sending to the printer for distribution before the organization guidebook deadlines. It was always a very low-budget operation so design had to take into consideration very limited cost guidelines.

The project involved domain name research, domain purchasing, SSL certificate purchase, website hosting account, and domain management to point to the DNS to the hosting server.
