I realize it's been awhile since I've been here... A couple physical moves, couple children, and a lot more experience and time to hone my skills. So if you thought my 5.0 rating from 10 years ago was good, you should see what I can do now.
Currently work for a large financial institution doing ASP.NET development for a commercial credit/purchasing card program as well as doing Team Foundation Server Administration and development.
On top of that I develop and maintain a number of WPF applications that aid in doing both administration of TFS as well as some additional customiza tion to deal with our highly bureaucratic process.

How do I work with all of you?
I use Microsoft's Team Foundation Service to run all my projects through and all web based projects are done via Windows Azure (including Custom VM instances). The Final location can change but during development phases that's where we work, deploy, and track. You get to take full advantage of the entire ALM experience as it was intended to be and see how your project is going at all times as well as have the ability to make quick changes without, in most cases, severely hampering the development process or ever questioning progress. Full transparency. I'm confident in the quality of my work.
I hold a business degree just happen to love being a developer. As such this gives me the unique ability to understand your business process/language and we translate it to software. There is no middle man.
My approach to software is about value and usability. Value meaning that whatever I've written is helping your organization either do more business, or free time up so that you can do more business. Usability being critical because when it comes time to start using your new software in a production environment, there is usually a lot of upfront work as well as maintenance tasks, my goal is to make that process primary instead of afterthought.
If you look back at my ratings from 10 years ago (16 5.0, back from the RentACoder days, where at one time I was ranked 82/108000) I can guarantee you my work has become far superior and more agile. I never disappointed anyone then, and I sure do not intend to start now.
Look forward to working with you.
