After trying to communicate with him two times, the provider did not respond or give project updates during two weeks, to make it short: he disappeared. I really hope everything is alright with him, since he really seemed to be enthusiastic about the project at the beginning. Thanks to the Freelancer system I managed to cancel the milestone and the funds were transferred back to my account.
