Convert a Indesign finished design into Word document

the freelancer delivered us 10 revisions of the document. He could have reduced this amount of deliveries to one delivery. A simple side by side compare of the original document with the own created document would have identified all issues which we asked to fix in the 10 revisions. The errors have been: wrong colors, wrong paper format, wrong placings of images and icons, random case in words (like thISisAvEryRaNDOm casing) Instead of doing the minimal QA the contractor asked us to mention all issues in form of a text. We rejected do that after 10th revision, because we already asked the freelancer before hiring, if QA is done by him properly. Of course we expect (but do not hope) that errors will be done, but we expect from contractors that they do a QA of their work. We even asked the freelancer to close the contract in fine manner, but also here he sadly rejected.
