Currently work at a civil law firm representing Homeowners Associations collecting overdue assessments, and initiating foreclosure actions. I am an excellent draftsman of a broad range of commercial contracts and business formation documents (for corporations, joint ventures, partnerships, and LLCs). I also have significant experience with debt and equity financing for start-up ventures, acquisitions and project finance. I have successfully handled several million dollars worth of commercial leasing, real property purchase and refinance transactions.
