Looking for flutter developer

This project is easy and it should be done in few days if developer know about the mobile developement. He said he can do it, but nothing provided over 4 days. And said he can't do it. I am sure he have no skills and very bad attitude with client. Never keep his word. I lost my time because this bad freelancer.
