Factors affecting family SME owners in Serbia

This is a research which involved 100 small businesses in Serbia, we analyzed factors influencing overall motivation, stress and factors affecting business success- measured through overall income and turnover. The research had two hypothesis which were tested with a survey and the results were processed in SPSS. The research paper, with a proper discussion of research results, was sent to Germany and the reviewers gave it high marks and agreed to publish it in September 2015.
