Working for Rustan Coffee Corporation – Starbucks Coffee, a well-known fast-paced environment, trained me to deliver legendary customer service even while maintaining a calm exterior presence during periods of high volume. This experience also allowed me to demonstrate my ability to think ahead and adapt quickly to new routines and processes. Apart from that, I helped manage data flow as a freelance e-commerce data entry specialist. One of which is by executing daily data entry responsibilities with over 99% accuracy for an e-commerce company. I honed my skills in showing close attention to detail and problem solving with this. I have dedicated my free time to constructively prepare me for opportunities that is why I applied as a barista, data entry specialist, and operations intern while pursuing a bachelor’s degree in engineering. Balancing my time with work and studying have led me to better self-discipline, prioritization, task delegation, and time management skills.
