Currently I am the Office Assistant for Expand Health, a company specialized in pharmaceutical management and marketing. It offers three main services: CSO Teams, Recruitment and Selection and Training and Development. I started work during my second year of college as a Public Relation Manager for a small web design business where I handled the sale of company services and coordinating a team of 4 developers and web designer where I gained management experience by opening a PR department. I left the job to work as a Customer Service Agent at Computer Generated Solutions, for the Sales Support Department on Sprint project (a company that provides mobile phone services in America). My tasks included collecting security deposits paid by customers to obtain contract terms legally communication on clients after approval by the conference department credit, replacement orders in case of system failure, communication with other departments to resolve customer requirements. Also worked as an Office Assistant (part time) at C & C Medis Vision, a manufacturer and distributor of promotional materials. The main tasks include taking commands, arranging and maintaining stock, liaising with partners, delivering orders.
