3D model designer (complex assemblies), simulations, 3D rendering

I'm a mechanical engineer with extensive experience is building high quality, and precise engineering models. I am experienced in building precise 3d models of small components like fuel nozzles and also in building large scale assemblies. Most of my skills are based on Solidworks, Catia and AutoCad. I am also experienced in graphical rendering of still images of the models as well as rendering movies, with moving parts. Portfolio

The render is of a turbine blade used in a high performance military aircraft engine. The blade features cooling vents and the trademark 'fir-tree' lock, which is widely used in aviation turbines nowadays.

First stage turbine blade

The following renderings are of a high bypass turbofan engine developed by Rolls Royce, primarily used in the aircraft B787 Dreamliner. The model is up to scale with the original engine and was developed by myself in solidworks and the rendering was carried out in Keyshot.

Did several projects on 3D modelling, static, and frequency simulation in SolidWorks. The projects were a part of my degree course, based on Aircraft Turbine Engines. Simulations and analysis were carried out on generated 3D models of compressor and turbine blades. In addition to that analysis on generated 3D models of Torque Measuring Units of various Turboprop Engines were also carried out.
