• Manage a team of SEO Specialists • Responsible for writing and safekeeping Process Documents and Workflow Charts of all processes under the Production, Quality Assurance, and Research Departments • Design SEO marketing campaigns - Determine target niche for marketing campaigns - Build a database of leads – these are websites relevant to the market niche - Write a comprehensive Instruction Set for each marketing campaign which will be the basis of the team of Web Researchers in carrying out website harvesting and contact finding tasks - Ensure quality of produced leads by developing and implementing best in practice filtering procedures • Work closely with Department Managers (production, sales, quality assurance, and support) in order to determine workload needs • Produce statistical reports to communicate the success/failure of campaigns and provide solid supporting data to justify the results • Prepare reports for offshore clients and managers • Stay updated on the latest Google updates to ensure that practices are in-line with new standards
