Working as a Relationship Manager in the Corporate Banking (CB) Group catering to large corporates (Turnover >1,500 crs)
Managing a portfolio of large Pharma and Real Estate clients
Pitching of corporate banking products such as working capital finance, trade finance, project finance together with cross sell of products including cash management, treasury and derivatives
Involved in extensive credit appraisal of the clients which includes understanding business model, financial analysis, financial modelling and projections, sensitivity scenarios, industry and management analysis through reference checks
Structuring and Negotiating sanction terms and security structure towards ring fencing exposure
Preparation of credit appraisal memorandum and presentation of the same before credit risk committee
Coordinating with other business units i.e. Legal, Compliance, Operations, Trade towards facilitating client transactions
