Android and iPhone Apps for Grocery Store

Freelancer is big cheater, neither he has expertise nor any team, he always ask to send money, initial design was just copy paste but i released 1st milestone amount on goodwill basis as he send me several request and said unable to pay developmers, and i dont have money for freelancer commission so cant accept the project till i pay Freelance.com , i wasted money and my time, the due date was 8th August and waited 3 more month till date, but nothing is changed, he send me couple of apk without any testing and major errors just for the sake of progress but actually he didnt work, no any functionality he developed a clear job list was discussed and he agreed but that didnt happened. i am writing these feedback to public interest as several other employer like me may have same experience. its my ever worst experience.

Build a Website

The free lancer was given a simple project to make a simple wordpress site with a template already available on net. Everything was made clear and accepted by the freelancer. Then as soon as the project started he asked to release the payment however he had done nothing as far as the project is concerned. The payment was released and then one day after he provided me with a link to a dummy website that was NOT AT ALL what was asked for. He said he is working on it to find and asked me for another option which I may like. Now I am asking him for an update and its been 2 days and no response. The guy is completely and utterly a scam and an incompetent freelancer. He should not be working here and should be banned from this platform. I will be pursuing charges on him asap.
