Transcribe a 1 hour interview audio file within 3 hours

I AGREED WITH HIM TO FINISH 1 HOUR TRANSCRIPTION WITHIN 3 HOURS BUT I GIVE HIM MORE THEN 7 HOURS FOR DO IT, BUT HE DON'T GIVE ME A PROFESSIONAL WORK. I WAS TRANSCRIBED MORE 3 FILES FOR MY CLIENT HE WAS VERY HAPPY FOR PREVIOUS 3 TRANSCRIPTION BUT THIS LASS FILE IS VERY BAD. MY CLIENT TELL ME TO SHOULD REFUND FROM HIM AND MY CLIENT WANTED REFUND TOO. ITS ONE OF MY BAD EXPERIENCE. NOTHING IS THE SAME AS WHAT THE RECORDING SAYS.
