First computer was Windows 95 purchased in 1995. Supported Windows 98 in Tucson, AZ call center in 1998, outsourced for Microsoft. Worked for technical college in Wisconsin approx. 14 yrs, earned Associates Degree as Network Specialist while employed maintaining network infrastructure. Have some education with HTML, limited experience working with web pages though posting copy/pics to sites easy enough. Supported 2000 staff/faculty and 50,000 students, face to face, via emails, and phone for 14 plus years, I would say I can effectively communicate and trouble shoot information technology issues. I also aspire to work in the literary field and would describe myself as a proficient word crafter as one of many skills. Excellent English vocabulary and grammar skills, very quick, accurate reader.
