Having commenced as a Quantity Surveyor in May 2013, I was promoted to the role of Team Leader in October 2014. I lead a team of 7 QSs, managing circa 1,000 concurrent projects and turning over approximately NZ $10m per month. My role includes checking and finalising all Final Accounts within the team, providing advice and mentoring to all team members and developing and maintaining working relationships with all parties involved in the project.
