My name is Stefan Marikovics, I have over a decade of experience in finance/investing. I currently own and manage a consulting group that deals mainly with start up consulting, helping clients develop business models, write business plans and secure financing for their start up and operations. I also remain active in Real Estate, dealing mainly with large acreage and investment properties. I often work with developers and investment clients on large tracts of land, a marked experience in real estate sales and marketing, coupled with a thorough understanding of finance allows me to be very productive in this space. In addition, I own 2 (soon to be 3) restaurants and oversee the budgets and operations for all of them, this provides me with an extremely deep knowledge base for handling brick and mortar style businesses.
