In short, taking a completely antiquated website and transforming it into a modern, elegant design with a far superior experience for the customer. The old Net4.com website received numerous complaints for the poor UX and simply attributed to reputational issues for the company. My changes not only enhanced the customer experience, but helped with instigating a fresh new modern approach for the company.

Re-designing the pages for both in term of both UI and UX. Providing a contemporary feel, aimed at much more intuitive and efficient user experience. All the while concentrating on keeping the design elegant and sophisticated.

Overseeing the IT delivery of a digital banking platform and mobile banking application.

Working closely with the Technical Architect to develop the infrastructure specification and subsequently source the hosting vendor. Administrating the data centre implementation, ensuring service policies and procedures meet banking regulatory standards.
