Pravesh is very nice and good at English. Unfortunately, despite several extensions and working around family events and cultural holidays, the project was still not finished roughly 2 months after it was awarded and I've had to re-award the project as a result. This caused a great deal of difficulty and almost resulted in losing the original client. Hopefully Pravesh's future projects will go better for him and I wish him the best in his future endeavors.
