I had taken courses with Wesleyan University for Creative Writing. I have a degree in teaching Mathematics. Being an educator, I have experienced doing academic writing. I had worked with global companies in the past such as Expedia, Experian, Earthlink, Citibank doing Sales and Customer Service.
