Inputs:
ftpdir: string. Ftp directory to read files from
s3dir: string. S3 directory to copy files to
ftp_user: string, optional. If provided then should create a secure ftp connection
ftp_pass: string, optional. If provided then should create a secure ftp connection
force: logical. Default false. If true then all files in `ftpdir` must be copied over to `s3dir`

Output:
S3 file paths of the copied files
