My most recent work in a Firm was with Talk-Talk TV Plus, this was our account/client with Transcom Worldwide, Philippines. We did basic troubleshooting of their internet based TV On Demand Accounts. I got employed with Sprint / Nextel ( a U.S. Mobile Phone Service ) through Teleperformance as a Customer Service Representative. Then I got hired as Technical Support Representative (i.e. Job Grade 5), at&t DSL Provisioning ( B2B ). I quit then got rehired, this time was assigned as Technical Support Professional (Job Grade 7), at&t MIS ( Tier 1.5 ) both from Sykes Asia, Inc.. I had worked as an Executive Assistant/Secretary to top executives from a Top 500 Corporation in the Philippines. Business Correspondence is my forte, this may give me an edge to become an effective Technical/Business Writer. I had also acquired a training program with a Commodity Futures Trading based here in the Philippines. And also ventured putting up small scale retail shops during vacations.

General Information calls like Billing concerns, rewards, credits, promos, upgrade and downgrade of plans.
