- +4 years in dealing with customers and clients from various industries, in sales and marketing (lead generation telemarketing)
-Excellent customer support via mail, email, phone, face-to-face, chat and social media; time management and marketing,
-Good communication skills, oral and written
-Ability to build strong working relationships with co-workers and customers alike;
-Excellent knowledge of English and French (oral and written),
-Basic computer and administration skills ( MS Word, MS Excel and the Internet) but motivated to learn new things;
