I have several qualifications and degree's working with computers along with A levels in using all Microsoft programmes. I have worked in a call centre for 4 years and have worked in administration for 5 years. I have experience in dealing with clients via email, in person and over the phone and I am more than comfortable doing so. I have a full complete Elance profile, where I have received excellent feedback. Some of my most recent roles including using a ticket system, and working as a online chat assistant which I really enjoyed and found I gained many skills from this. I put 110% effort into any work I am asked to complete, and often manage to complete any task with little to no help, I do however work very well with people and I am more than happy to train people up if needed. I have also just recently achieved a Level 4 NVQ in Business Admin which I believe shows that I have all the skills required for being an excellent virtual assistant/administrator.
