A detailed analysis on s33(3)(c) of the Family Law Act 1996. My primary points of interest are:

- Explicit clarification on whether the "regulation of the occupation of a dwelling" includes the ability to exclude the applicant.

1- A purchase price
2- Ability to purchase at the given price after 1 year of renting.
3- 10% non-refundable deposit applied to the closing costs. (if the buyer is not able to go through with the purchase, this deposit is non-refundable)
