I am looking to build a portfolio in medical and science writing. I have earned a BS from Duke University in Biology in 2005 and a PhD in Molecular Genetics and Developmental Biology from the University of Pittsburgh in 2013. I currently work as a postdoctoral researcher at Georgetown University, but have become interested in medical writing and am thinking about making it a career.
